Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Introduce malicious code or harmful material
  • Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Plans, trials and billing

This section applies when you use, register for, or subscribe to Babav at babav.ai.

Using Babav without an account

You can use the free library in the open workspace, including every published free outcome and knowledge base, without an account and without charge. You can read and copy results on screen. The record of a run is kept for your session and for no more than 24 hours.

Free accounts

Registering is free and does not require a payment method. A free account keeps your work in the open workspace, lets you download and export results, and lets you join organization workspaces you are invited to, at the access level that workspace sets. A free account does not let you create organizations, workspaces, knowledge bases or outcomes.

Where an organization pays for your seat, the organization is the subscriber and these billing terms apply to it, not to you. If you leave the organization or it removes your seat, your free account continues.

Free use, as a guest or with a free account, is subject to a daily limit on runs and questions, stated in the open workspace. The limit for free accounts is higher than for guests. Paid subscriptions carry no usage limits, subject to acceptable use. We may change what is available to guests and free accounts, including these limits, from time to time.

Free trial

Starting a subscription begins a 30-day free trial, during which you can create your own knowledge bases, outcomes, organizations and workspaces. We ask for a valid payment method when the trial starts. You will not be charged during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged. One free trial is available per person. We will remind you by email 7 days before the trial ends.

Introductory rate

Your first three monthly billing periods after the trial are charged at $100 per seat per month, half the standard price. From the fourth billing period, the standard price of $200 per seat per month applies. The introductory rate applies once per account and cannot be combined with other offers.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, per seat, in US dollars, and exclude applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Seats added during a billing period are charged pro rata for the rest of that period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments already made are not refunded, except where required by law.

After cancellation, the knowledge bases and outcomes you created remain available to export for 30 days, after which they are deleted. Your material remains your property throughout. Your free account, and the work kept in it, continues after a subscription ends.

Price changes

We change prices only at renewal, and give at least 14 days’ notice by email before a change applies to you. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Consumer rights

If you subscribe as a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of the country where you live, including a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract. The free trial lasts longer than that period, so you can cancel without charge throughout it.

When your paid subscription starts at the end of the trial, you expressly request that the service continues immediately, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from that point. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
